Hiep H. Nguyen joins EIRC. Hiep got his BSc and MSc from Tomsk Polytechnic University of Russia and he will be joining EIRC from the Department of Power Systems, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, as a graduate student at the Electrical and Computer Engineering of University of Connecticut, starting fall 2015.
